Company to highlight the total solutions nature of its mobile crushing and screening equipment
At Hillhead 2018, Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology will highlight the total solutions nature of the company’s mobile crushing and screening equipment, which caters for virtually any application and encompasses such diverse business areas as surface rock quarrying, excavation, demolition, recycling and civil engineering.
The all-encompassing range has provided customers across the world with the latest technological developments, whether working independently or in conjunction with other equipment from Sandvik’s product offering.
As well as mobile crushing and screening equipment, Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology produce underground excavation and mining equipment, rock tools, drill rigs, breakers, tunnelling equipment, stationary crushing and screening machinery, and bulk-materials handling systems.
As the world’s leading ‘live-action’ show, Hillhead 2018 will see a number of global product launches, with demonstrations of mobile crushing and screening equipment being held in front of stand J1, while other exciting developments will be demonstrated on the stand itself.
As well as the global launch of the QE343 screener and Sandvik My Fleet, other products on show this year will include: the QJ341, Sandvik’s best-selling jaw crusher; the QJ241 compact jaw crusher; and screening media and aftermarket solutions.
Another new product making its global debut, the QH332 DDHS Hydrocone crusher, will be on live demonstration along with a QJ341+ jaw crusher with pre-screen and a QA451 Hybrid Doublescreen.
In order to provide visitors with an insight into what makes the new QH332 with double-deck hanging screen such a major development in cone crushing, the latest digital technology will be used to showcase its innovative features. This will take the form of a ‘virtual reality’ presentation and walk-through.
Continuing this theme, Sandvik will also show how they are using the latest technology to help customers get the best from their investments, with the launch of Sandvik My Fleet – a fleet-management tool that provides critical data on GPS location and machine utilization. The remote monitoring system allows customers to optimize machine operation and work more efficiently via a functional portal interface.
