Partners to showcase an array of crushing, screening, feeding, batching and dosing plant and equipment
As part of MEKA’s continued development in international markets, the company has partnered with Berkshire Engineering Supplies Ltd (BES) to look after the sales, marketing, and installation of all MEKA equipment in the UK. At Hillhead 2018, MEKA and BES will be showcasing the following products on stand A3:
MTI-1110 tertiary impact crusher –– Designed for crushing soft and medium-hard materials with close grain distribution and good cubical shape ratios, tertiary impact crushers are an excellent solution for the production of fine aggregates for concrete and asphalt applications. Adjustable and interchangeable breaker plates allow grinding up to 50% with a durable rotor that can operate in both directions, reducing the overall operational and inventory costs of the machine.
MS 2060 four-deck inclined vibrating screen –– MEKA screens come in various sizes from 2 sq m up to 16 sq m and are equipped with up to four decks that can be supplied with different types of media, eg grizzly, perforated sheet, polyurethane, steel meshes etc, together with washing options to meet the requirements of a broad range of applications.
MF 1160 vibrating feeder –– MEKA’s MF series of vibrating feeders are designed to meet a wide variety of client needs. High abrasion resistance, a durable heat-treated drive console and high-quality vibrators ensure high efficiency, stable feeding and effective long-term operation with minimum breakdowns.
MB-100M mobile concrete batch plant –– A heavy and stable main chassis allows extreme durability, safe transportation, continuous long-life operation and sensitive weighing by minimizing the vibrations to the scales. Due to its rigid structure, the MB-100M concrete plant with two complete sets of screw conveyors, filters and silo equipment can be transported by a single trailer truck.
MFD 2000 fibre-dosing system –– MEKA fibre-feeding systems are equipped with cylindrical spiral fibre-feeding lines and installed on a robust steel structure. Two adjustable vibrators provide the required movement of the vessel. Units are pre-fitted and tested in the factory, and shipped in a ready-to-operate condition. Rapid site installation allows immediate production.
