Company using show to highlight TrommALL mobile screens equipped with Yanmar engines
INDUSTRIAL screening machines are subjected to a lifetime of hard work so they need to be built to last. In addition, reliability and problem-free running are important to ensure that they remain fully operational at all times, to reduce downtime and loss of productivity.
Ireland-based TrommALL, manufacturers and distributors of mobile trommel and deck screens, ensure every aspect of their machines is built to last, which is why they choose to use only recognized brand name component parts in all their plant.
Barrus, the UK distributors for Yanmar engines, for example, worked with TrommALL on a number of engine specifications across their screening machinery range.
The Yanmar engines are not only Tier 4 Final compliant, but they also meet EU Stage V regulations, which will be introduced in 2019, meaning the TrommALL screening units require no changes to comply with the incoming regulation.
The applications for the TrommALL screens are varied, as are the materials they handle, which includes rock, topsoil, woodchips, gravel, compost, and skip and general waste.
Ger Smullen, business development manager for TrommALL, said: ‘We carried out extensive research in our choice of engine and attended the RWM exhibition to gauge opinion from people in the industry. After day one there was a clear winner – Yanmar. Our US dealer network confirmed the opinion and from Alabama to Zeebrugge we got the same answer.’
The TrommALL 5000TR and 2500GTR will be exhibited on the Molson Group stand.
