Terex Washing Systems

Terex Washing Systems will be exhibiting two of their latest products - the Aggwash AW60-2 and the FM 200C sand plant - on their joint stand with DUO, their dealer representing England and Wales. This will be the company's first opportunity to exhibit these products to customers since the launch of the Terex Washing Systems product line in April 2012.

The Aggwash AW60-2 is a new mobile wash plant that, for the first time, brings together rinsing, screening, scrubbing and sand-washing capabilities on a single transportable chassis. Primarily designed for the processing of construction and demolition waste but equally suited to virgin material applications, the Aggwash is capable of producing four grades of aggregate and a single grade of sand at up to 60 tonnes/h.

The new FM 200C compact is a static sand-recovery unit designed to be both cost and energy efficient. It uses centrifugal force within the cyclone to remove clays, silts and slimes from sand to bring it into specification. The FM 200C combines a collection tank, centrifugal slurry pump, hydrocyclone and a dewatering screen on a single chassis.
