Stelex Construction Equipment Ltd manufacture the Hercules range of heavy-duty trommels. Following their success at the last Hillhead show, the company will be showing the Hercules HT182M mobile trommel in the live demonstration area. This machine features a 1.8m diameter x 8m long barrel and is rated at up to 500 tonnes/h. Since its launch in 2010, enhancements have been made to improve performance and reduce maintenance requirements. These enhancements have been followed throughout the entire range of Hercules machines. Stelex offer mobile or static models with capacities ranging from 250 to 1,500 tonnes/h and a maximum feed size of up to 1,500mm. The Hercules trommel is well suited to the cleaning of difficult materials as well as high-production aggregate recovery and sizing, including rip-rap.
