Precisionscreen are leaders in the design and manufacture of dry screening, washing, crushing and recycling equipment for the quarry, mining, extractive, materials handling and recycling industries. At Hillhead 2012, the company will be showcasing its Scorpion Pugmill, Contractor 604 and Scorpion 804 with wash kit.

The versatile Scorpion Pugmill has a nominal capacity of 300 tonnes/h, is capable of meeting any main roads requirement and can work in conjunction with a cement silo for the stabilization of roadbase.

The Contractor 604 is suitable as an entry-level machine for any soil/sand and gravel producer. The unit can be used in many different applications and features, a two-deck 6ft x 4ft screenbox, a feed hopper with a feed target of 3.2m, heavy-duty frame construction, variable belt speed, 1,000mm wide feed belt, and adjustable spring-loaded hopper control gate. The machine can also run an additional stockpiler/shredder or be converted to a wet screen.

The heavy-duty Scorpion 804 has been specially built for clients need an efficient and economical screening plant, equipped with all the features of bigger plants. This machine can easily be converted to a wash plant for sand processing and has the added option of a three-deck screenbox. All Precisionscreen machines come with back-up and after-sales support, including spare parts for all models of crushing and screening plants, an experienced service fleet and knowledgeable design and engineering departments.
