Institute of Quarrying

The Institute of Quarrying is the professional body for the mineral products industry in the UK, with overseas groups in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Middle East, New Zealand, and Southern Africa. For 2012, the Institute will be sharing a stand with MPQC and the IQ's three education partners: Institute of Asphalt Technology; Concrete Society; and University of Derby Corporate. The stand is located in the centre of the Main Pavilion. The IQ 'Learning Management System' will demonstrate how it can help individuals gain valuable CPD on the route to competence. A full range of industry publications will also be on offer together with help and friendly advice from the IQ team.
