HOSCH will be exhibiting their established generation of B and C type sprung blade scrapers, as well as the recent addition to their product range, the head pulley scraper type HD. The latest HD scraper is installed at the 3 o'clock position on the head pulley, is suitable for the most difficult of bulk materials and features a unique deflection function of the cleaning modules in case of obstruction or damage to the belt surface. It can be used on conveyor belts with mechanical splices and has tungsten carbide tipped cleaning blades that provide highly efficient belt cleaning and long life. The HD scraper is easy to maintain, can operate on reversible belts and suitable for belt speeds up to 4.5m/s. HOSCH will be also be showing their range of top and bottom belt tracking rollers for belt alignment on conveyors travelling in both single and reversing directions.
