GKD Technik will be introducing an incline alert monitoring system for all types of construction equipment. Meeting the need for safety on construction sites and in the extractive industries, the Incline Alert system is easy to install and operate, and consists of a sensitive pitch and roll sensor and display for the operator. A machine's incline limit envelope is loaded into the system and when the equipment approaches the limit, a visible and audible warning is triggered. The Incline Alert unit can be integrated into the machine to shut off vibration, or linked to tracking systems to warn that the machine is being operated at or near its limit. Incline Alert is suitable for articulated dumptrucks, mini-excavators, tracked and wheeled excavators, telescopic handlers, dozers and compaction equipment. Also on show will be the 2 Series load and height monitoring and telemetry systems.
