Castolin Eutectic offer a broad range of technologies designed to protect mining equipment from premature wear and tear. The company's proven solutions are typically used in crushers, roller presses, sieves and buckets. Products include: the CDP4666 wearplate for protecting against severe abrasion; CDP4623i impact plate for extra shock resistance on crusher and sieves; and TeroMatec cored wire alloys, which can be easily welded on site for diverse range of applications, from extending bucket teeth service life to repairing fatigue cracks.

Castolin Eutectic will also be showing their new wear-resistant coating with an integrated cutting effect - Cracker. This composite coating protects shredder hammers which process significant volumes of soft to medium-hard feed stock materials. It is suitable where combined abrasion and mild impacts cause excessive wear rates.
