ABB will be showing their range of Dodge maintenance-friendly products. These include Dodge-mounted ball bearings which feature an enhanced patent rubber-lipped flinger seal for longer life along with snap-in end covers.

The Grip Tight adapter bearings prevent shaft damage and incorporate a patent-pending removal system that saves time and money by reducing disassembly time and shaft maintenance. The Dodge ISN is a shaft ready, pre-greased SN series bearing (35-140mm), which can be fitted and removed in under 15min. The Quantis range of gear reducers, with a clamp collar design, allows the use of a standard ABB, IEC motor with BF flange. There is no need to remove pulleys/sprocket from the drive shaft when the motor goes down. Simply undo the motor flange bolts and clamp collar to replace with a new motor.

Also on show will be the Dodge TA11 shaft-mounted reducer with patent taper-bushed system for ease of removal.
