Outdoor

Outdoor plots are available in units of 6m (frontage) x 12m depth at a cost of £35 per square metre + VAT. Corner plots and other premium positions attract a surcharge of 10%. Due to the nature of the quarry site some non-standard size plots are available. Most plots are on level ground, but some areas of the site are sloping.

Pavilions

Shell scheme stands are available in the Registration and Main Pavilions. The stand package includes:

• Aluminum framed shell 2.4m high
• Carpet tiles
• 13 Amp electrical socket
• Fluorescent strip lighting
• Name panel
• Stand cleaning
• Stand depth is 3m and the minimum size is 3m x 3m

Larger stands are available in any linear size in units of 1m. Cost: £273 per square metre + VAT.

Floor space only stands are available at £246 per square metre + VAT

The exhibiting package is inclusive of the following:

• Exhibitor Manual
• Telephone help-line
• Web site listing and hyperlink
• Catalogue entry
• Visitor invitation tickets
• Stickers
• Stand staff badges
• Car parking
