Aggregate Processing Solutions will be using Hillhead 2010 to unveil the latest addition to their portfolio of products - the APS-100AT.

The new washing system, developed for the quarrying, recycling and remediation industries, has the following features: easy installation in just 2h; a footprint of 12m x 2.9m; on-board generator; PLC control that is pre-wired with an onboard control panel; high-efficiency, extreme-duty linear multi-deck screen with Atri-Jet configuration to ensure complete cleanliness of the final product; accepts an all-in feed whereby fines, sand and aggregate are scrubbed by a Trio coarse material washer; on-board lifting beam to aid wear replacement; lightweights (lignite/wood/ash/clinker) material removal; and 40% less water usage than current standard washing systems.
